How often should I clean my horn?
Wind instruments are a breeding ground for bacteria and fungus. If you have a brass instrument, you can clean with Herco Spitballs after playing, and have a repair shop flush your horn once a year. Swab your woodwind instrument with a pad-guard and let it dry in the open air every time you play, and have it flushed every other year.
